Meetings:

Second Monday of every month except December

Summer meetings:
At the home of President Dan Sclare

Directions: Take I-84 to I-384 East.  Keeney Street exit.  Left at the end of the exit.  Left at the light--this is Keeney Street.  Take the fourth right after the light (Hartford Road) onto Courtland.  Dan's is #38, beige with green shutters.

September through June meetings:

Angelo's on Main in West Hartford
(I-84 exit 41)
Something Old,
Something New, ...

The summer season means it?s time to shift meeting locations temporarily to take advantage of our president?s backyard pool!  The meeting will start at 6:00 PM with a picnic and then, weather permitting, move to poolside.  Please bring a salad or a dessert.  Dan asks that you RSVP by that Monday morning if you?re coming.  Since Dan will be in Boston, call his machine and leave a message.
There has been a great deal of wedding-related activities among Dan and Carol?s relatives lately--hence the theme of this month?s gathering.  If you have something very new, or very old, or borrowed or even just blue, bring it and show it.  The meeting itself starts at 7:30 PM on July 11th.

From the May meeting: PNP Dan Garrett lectures.
Left: Dan with a mouse-like prop.
Right: After the formal lecture, Dan demonstrates a trick for Pat Guida, Robert Teralia and Dan Sclare.

We finished the evening by doing tricks for each other (including Angelo showing us the Hummingbird Card (Helicopter) to great acclaim) before breaking for "the summer season."  Appropriately, the restaurant?s sound system was featuring Vivaldi?s The Four Seasons.
